When Business Plus ends you keep every accepted connection and your messages. Your client book and referral details are locked, not deleted — they come back as you left them when you subscribe again, and your client book is still in your data download.
Subscribed on the web? Cancel or change your plan here, under Manage subscription. The Netwing app shows a web subscription as “billed on the web”. Subscribed in the iPhone or Android app? Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions — this page cannot cancel an app store subscription.
