Getting started

Netwing is free to join. Create an account with your email address, or use Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. Once you are in, follow the organizations you care about and their events appear in your feed and on your planner.

Signing in

If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that same button to sign back in — a password was never created for you. If you signed up by email, choose Email me a code on the sign-in page and we will send a one-time code. Codes expire after a few minutes; request a fresh one if it has gone stale.

Claiming your organization

Organizations listed in the Netwing directory are imported from public business listings and are unverified until claimed. To take control of your listing, open your organization page and choose Claim this organization, or start from the claim page. We verify ownership by emailing a one-time code to an address at your organization's own domain. Once claimed, you can correct every detail, publish events, and post announcements to your followers.

Events and check-in

Save an event to add it to your planner. If an organizer has enabled check-in, open the event at the venue and scan the organizer's QR code, or let them scan yours. Check-in opens shortly before an event starts and closes when it ends, so a code will not scan outside that window.

Notifications

Netwing sends push notifications for announcements from organizations you follow, event reminders, and messages. You control these in the app under Profile → Notifications & Communications, and you can turn them off entirely in your device settings at any time.

Downloading your data

You can export everything Netwing holds about you at any time from Profile → Account & Security → Download my data. The export is generated on demand and includes your profile, follows, saved events, RSVPs, and check-in history.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is available inside the app under Profile → Account & Security → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, profile, follows, saved events, RSVPs, and messages. It cannot be undone, and it is a real deletion rather than a deactivation.

If you can no longer sign in and need your account removed, email support@emberdevstudios.com from the address on the account and we will handle it for you. Full details — including what is deleted, what is kept, and for how long — are on the account deletion page.

Reporting a problem

Found a bug, a listing with wrong information, or something that does not belong on Netwing? Email support@emberdevstudios.com with the organization or event name and we will look into it. Please include your device and app version — you will find App version in the Help section at the bottom of the Profile tab.
